Community Games Art & Handwriting Winners

Congratulations to our super artists and hand writers who were awarded medals from Clontuskert-Kiltormer-Lawerencetown Community Games today. We are delighted to have so many winners who will represent the area at County level.

Thanks to all of our teachers who have implemented cursive handwriting across the school. It is fantastic to see how many handwriting medals the students won in each of the classes with such a high standard of handwriting in the school.

A special thanks to Caroline Lynch who gave out the medals today.

Animatics and Editing with Kevin O’ Brien of Boulder Media

Kevin O’ Brien is a professional Animatic/Offline Editor with 10 years’ experience in the TV / Film / Animation industry. He is currently Head of Editing in Boulder Media and has held a variety of other positions including Series Creator, VFX Editor, Post Production Supervisor and DV Director.

We were very lucky when he agreed to visit Clontuskert’s Virtual Classroom on Teams and we learnt about his work in Animatics and Editing. We had so many questions and even showed him some of our own work. Thanks Kevin for being so generous with your time and sharing your expertise with the students in Clontuskert.
